My stock LC EL Glow gauges died  and im thinking of putting custom gauges or LC2 one in my car if possible and was looking for some advices.

As far as the EL glow dials go - if they are the white-faced ones then you can actually wire up some UV LED's to shine on them and they will light up purple - which could be wired up to the sidelight power supply so they come on when you switch you sidelight / main lights on - they should also make the needles glow as well (The only problem is you probably won't be able to read your Odometer or mileage counter in the dark unless you leave the lights behind the dials working).
