Now this was a few years ago now, but to cut a long story short I ordered 3 neon-glow wire kits on a special offer price - can't remember the exact price, but I think it was a deal if you bought multiple items you'd get a large discount ... so I ordered enough to fulfill the deal (I think 3 was the minimum and they were about £10 each rather than £20) ... about 2 weeks later I recieved an envelope from them with one kit in it and a card reciept for to total of 3 kits under the deal for £30 (if I remember correctly).

So I waited another week ... no more kits came.  So I e-mailed them ... another week went by with no reply, I tried calling them - no answer, ever.  So I called my bank to see what I could do (Barclays) and they told me that as I'd recieved goods and payment had been taken manually, there was nothing they could do to refund me as by the time they viewed the website, the deal was no longer there so they couldn't see it.

So I never got my money back, I never got all my kits, and I never had a response from them.  I will never use them again, especially as that was my first order, and what they actually do (or did, don't know if they've changed) is take your card details, store them, and then manually type them into a machine when they process your order and you get your bit of the "reciept" (just like when your card plays up in a shop and they manually type it in).

If you really want to buy something from this company - use a credit card, as they have a responsibility to ensure that you get what you pay for, and if you don't they have to refund your money (even if you used the credit card to buy the item and then immediately paid it off).

I bought a battery for an archos and it never come had a right job getting refund took ages.
